Tents have been set up near the UNM office - hunger strikers demanding the release of Mikheil Saakashvili

11 tents have been set up near the office of the United National Movement. Mattresses are set up for the hunger strikers in the tents.

The main demand of hunger strikers is the release of Mikheil Saakashvili. Among the hunger strikers are both members of the UNM and civil activists.

The decision to start a mass hunger strike was announced yesterday. According to Nika Melia, the Chairman of the UNM, the hunger strike will not end until the former president is released.
