In line with Article 28¹(a) of the Law of Georgia on the Service of Special Inspector and Article 55²(a) of the Law of Georgia on Protection of Personal Data, Prime Minister of Georgia issued Executive Orders N5 and N6 on January 17, 2022 for the Competitive Selection of Special Investigation Service Head and Personal Data Protection Service Head.

Candidates for the vacant positions of Special Investigation Service Head and Personal Data Protection Service Head will be selected by the Staff Selection Commissions established by the Prime Minister of Georgia.

Terms and conditions for application to the vacant positions (list of documents to be submitted and deadlines for application, etc.) shall be published at the website administered by the Civil Service Bureau - a legal entity of public law (LEPL) at www.hr.gov.ge. Staff Selection Commission will define the eligibility criteria for application upon its composition.
