DHL, TNT and "Star Group" suspended operations for one day. The companies are on strike against the new draft which was elaborated by the Ministry of Economy. The companies say that with the draft " Georgian post" will monopolize the market. They say such actions are against international practice.

The head of the Georgian company " Star Group" says that after the new law will come into the force they will loose 2 million GEL. The loss of the international companies such as " DHL" and "TNT" is more significant.

The Ministry of Economy hasn"t commented on the ongoing events yet.
