Mayor of Tbilisi called the allegation that he has not talked to the Mayor of Kyiv absurd and a lie.

“I want to respond to one issue, as if I did not communicate with the Mayor of Kyiv and that I lied about it. I do not know what to call all this! It is absurd and incomprehensible, why would I lie about it?! I just do not understand, it is unclear.

I spoke with him on March 3. First, I sent an official letter via WhatsApp. It was a joint letter from me and the President of the Congress of Local Authorities from Moldova. This letter was published through various media outlets and I sent it to him, after which he called me and we had a conversation about everything and the situation there in particular. I had communication with him after that too. I also talked with the Mayors of Kharkiv and Irpin.

So, why would I lie about it, what is special about it? It is just incomprehensible and I do not understand all this”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
