UN Secretary - General arrives in Ukraine

UN Secretary-General António Guterres has arrived in Ukraine after visiting Moscow where he met with Vladimir Putin.

“I have arrived in Ukraine after visiting Moscow”, - tweeted Guterres.

As he said, the UN will continue its work to expand humanitarian support and secure the evacuation of civilians from conflict zones.

“The sooner this war ends, the better – for the sake of Ukraine, Russia, and the world”, - the UN Secretary-General noted.

On Thursday, Guterres will hold talks with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba.
