Giuli Alasania and Eduard Saakashvili, mother and son of Mikheil Saakashvili, showed up at the European Parliament.

Former president’s relatives told journalists they came to attend the joint debate – Preparation for the European Council meeting, which will decide on the EU membership application of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova.

They also said that they would hold meetings with almost every MEP working on Georgia’s issue.
