Member of Parliament Sozar Subari addresses the United States Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan:

“It would be interesting to see if Ms. Degnan will say whether she still thinks that Bidzina Ivanishvili is a philanthropist who has great merit for Georgia, or, as former ambassador William Courtney says, he is an oligarch”, - said the MP.

According to him, when we talk about depolarization, de-oligarchization, or how far the Georgian Dream fulfills the 12-point plan, the Ambassador’s opinion will be very important.

“When the former US ambassador to Georgia, Mr. William Courtney, says that Bidzina Ivanishvili is an oligarch, I wonder if this is the opinion of one person, or if it is the opinion that Mrs. Kelly Degnan also shares”, - added Kelly Degnan.
