The employees of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search measures and investigative activities detained T.K. (DoB 1988) for premeditated murder.

The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that the accused person strangled a woman (DoB 1993) - T.Ch in the village of Avlevi, Kareli municipality on the basis of conflict.

The police arrested T.K. as an accused person.

The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
