At the invitation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Sulkhan Tamazashvili, the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye, Mustafa Çiftçi, has arrived in Georgia on an official visit, accompanied by a delegation.
Sulkhan Tamazashvili welcomed his Turkish counterpart at Tbilisi International Airport.
During the visit, the interior ministers of both countries will hold an expanded bilateral meeting. A Memorandum of Understanding is also scheduled to be signed between the police academies of the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Republic of Türkiye. Following the meeting, the ministers will deliver joint statements.
