Within the framework of the EU-Georgia association council, the Georgian Foreign Minister, Ilia Darchiashvili, met with a Member of the European Parliament, Petras Auštrevičius.

During the meeting the parties particularly emphasized the ongoing process of Georgia’s European integration, along with respective achievement and challenges.

The particular significance of EU’s support towards Georgia in this endeavour and further fruitful cooperation was underscored.
