The ruling team is motivated to ensure that all twelve recommendations of the European Council are fully implemented. Such a statement made the Prime Minister of Georgia at a joint press conference with the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Olaf Scholz.

“We are witnessing a very important historic stage, because just a few months ago, our country received a European perspective, which we could not have dreamed of a few months ago, since the situation has changed radically since the war in Ukraine began.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Chancellor personally. A few days ago, you loudly declared your support to our country, Georgia, and the European perspective of our country, together with Moldova and Ukraine.

Mr. Chancellor, we have talked about this, and I want to publicly confirm once again that the ruling team, our Government is absolutely committed and motivated to implement all the twelve recommendations laid down by the European Council completely.

I also want to tell you that we have opened the door to all opposition parties, all actors of Georgian politics, so that they can participate in this process, because the authorities will need everyone’s involvement, including the opposition and civil society”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.
