Iago Khvichia, Chairman of the parliamentary political group “Girchi”, nominated himself as a candidate for the post of Ombudsman. MP also called on his colleagues to support him.

“We thought for a long time about who could be the Public Defender whom we would support. Therefore, I decide to nominate my candidacy as Ombudsman on behalf of “Girchi” and ask for your support. In this agency, I am only interested in court and prison institutions”, - said Iago Khvichia.
