According to the Minister of Culture, the sanctions imposed by the Ukrainian authorities against Bidzina Ivanishvili’s family members are another attempt to involve Georgia in hostilities, but this will not happen.
“The sanctions issued by the Ukrainian authorities against Bidzina Ivanishvili and his family members belong to the Security Council as a decision.
The head of the Security Council is the person who called our nation, Georgia, our homeland to join the war and did not care about the impact it would have on our generations and the country that was occupied before Ukraine.
At least, it is very sad. A country that says it remains a friendly state makes such hostile decisions.
Perhaps this should be perceived as another attempt to involve Georgia in hostilities, but it will not happen”, - said Tea Tsulukiani.
