The Parliament will vote on the amendments to the Law on Conflict of Interest and Corruption in Public Institutions in II reading, together with the accompanying bills - the document is unacceptable to the opposition.

The draft law envisages the change of the title of the law into Fight against Corruption.

The change also implies the establishment of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, which will carry out its activities independently.

The Anti-Corruption Bureau will be accountable to the Parliament of Georgia and the Anti-Corruption Council.

The draft law was developed within the framework of the implementation of the 12-point plan defined by the European Commission.
