Irakli Garibashvili leaves for Romania on a working visit

Prime Minister of Georgia left for Bucharest, Romania, on a working visit.

Within the framework of the visit, Irakli Garibashvili will sign an agreement “On strategic partnership between the governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania and Hungary in the field of green energy development and transmission”.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Romanian President Klaus Werner Iohannis will also attend the signing ceremony.

Besides, the Prime Minister will participate in the plenary session “Strategic partnership in the development and sharing of green energy” and have high-level meetings.

Irakli Garibashvili departed to Romania with the delegation, which includes the Vice-Prime Minister, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ilia Darchiashvili, the Minister of Finance Lasha Khutsishvili and the head of the Government Administration Revaz Javelidze.
