Georgian border guards restricted two Chechens to enter Georgia. They were sent to Russia From Kutaisi airport. The representatives of the Ombudsmen"s office say that  The citizens of Russia couldn"t explain reasons of traveling to Georgia.

The Ministry of Internal affairs states that the border guards have right to forbid entry to country to the individuals who can"t explain the reasons of traveling.

The ethnic Chechens arrived to Kutaisi from Budapest. One of them released Video on social network where he speaks about the details of the problems on the border. He says that they were detained for several hours and had no right to use the phones.
