Tbilisi City Assembly approves 2023 budget

Tbilisi City Assembly [Sakrebulo] approved the 2023 budget with a majority of votes on Wednesday, December 28.

The 2023 budget amounts to GEL 632 million added by the loans to be received from international organizations and transfers from the Finance Ministry making it GEL 800 million in total.

The main priorities will be infrastructure projects, health and social programs, environmental protection, and transport refurbishment.
