According to Corruption Perceptions Index 2022, Georgia for the first time in its history, it entered the top 20 countries in Europe. The Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia writes about this on his official Twitter page.

“Georgia ranks 41st globally, enters top 20 in Europe for first time in The Corruption Perceptions Index 2022.
Ranks similar to Czech Republic, Italy and Slovenia, above 9 European Union and all EU candidate countries.
Among top 5 European countries in improved anti-corruption performance”, - tweeted Shalva Papuashvili.
