46 opposition MPs appeal to the President to convene an extraordinary session of the Parliament on April 11.
The only item on the agenda of the extraordinary session of the Parliament will be the adoption of the draft resolution initiated by the Reforms Group, which envisages the creation of a temporary investigative commission to study corruption and other illegal actions in the court system.
The issues to be investigated by the temporary investigative commission of the legislature should be: the existence of an influential group of judges in the judicial system, which illegally interferes in the administration of justice and the selection and promotion of judges, alleged facts of illegal influence on judges, corruption and nepotism.
