While the new management of the party and its shadow Government talk about unity and claim that the doors of the party are open to everyone who wants to fight against the Georgian Dream, they are actually themselves establishing the regime, writes the former Chairman of the United National Movement.

“They’ve started repression. Persecution of the dissent expressed during the internal elections openly indicates that those who have a position are not acceptable to them, showing everyone that only obedience is acceptable to them.

People in Batumi are actually being thrown out of the party, people who had fought tirelessly for 10 years and won in Batumi!

These people fought with dignity and fought for the truth, against the oligarchic regime.

These steps, which are aimed at purposefully splitting and weakening the party, destroying and harming the opposition struggle, cannot remain unanswered!
