We had a very business-like, very friendly meeting and discussed all the details related to the development of our country. We also shared detailed information on 12 points. In particular, we informed that the parliamentary committee considered the draft law in the second reading, then it was sent to the Venice Commission [VC], now we are waiting for the opinion.

We also discussed that we are planning to implement changes in the systemic approach, as well as relating to the so-called personal approach. That is, the systemic reforms will continue and along with that, we will adopt a law on de-oligarchization, we talked about all the details.

They approved that we had sent the draft law on de-oligarchization to the VC, they told us that they would wait for the next report of the VC, after that we will have an opportunity to discuss, we also talked in detail about the judicial reform, we shared all the details related to the process of developing the draft law, it was a business conversation as a whole. Once again, we will discuss the final packages together”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
