The meeting of Georgian ambassadors to European Union member states set to launch in Berlin later today, would focus on the country’s European integration process.
The envoys would exchange opinions on ways of introducing information about the work of the Georgian Government to the country’s partners from across the EU.
This is the format in which already in the fall, the European Commission will prepare a report on Georgia’s status as a candidate. Georgia’s Ambassador to Germany Levan Izoria noted the meeting, set to be opened by Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili, would have a particular focus on Germany’s support for Georgia’s European integration.
