When there is an appropriate report from the doctors, Mikheil Saakashvili will be transferred to a penitentiary institution. Such a statement made today the Minister of Justice.

“If there is a recommendation from the doctors that it is already possible to transfer him to a penitentiary institution, he will be transferred to a penitentiary institution.

Currently, he is in the VivaMedi Clinic, and there are no objective prerequisites for him to be transferred to another clinic or to a penitentiary institution at this stage. Accordingly, he continues to receive treatment at the VivaMedi clinic”, - said Rati Bregadze.
