At the meeting of the Board of the National Bank of Georgia [NBG], Natia Turnava was elected to the position of the first Vice-President of the NBG.

“The meeting of the board of the NBG was held today. With the majority of votes, the Board supported me and elected me to the position of the first Vice President.

Many thanks to the members of the Board of the NBG, regardless of whether any of them supported me or abstained. 5 out of 7 members supported me and 2 abstained.

Nevertheless, we are all united by our loyalty to the NBG, we are united by a common goal - to serve the country’s financial stability. Our team will continue to work in the NBG in this direction”, - said Natia Turnava in her first comment.
