At today’s extraordinary session of the Parliament, the second reading of the Defence Code will continue.

The opening of the extraordinary session of legislature became possible as a result of repeated registration.

Before the opening of the session, 75 MPs initially registered and due to the lack of quorum, the session could not be opened, however, in a few minutes, the MPs registered again and the presence of 92 MPs was recorded.
