Russian military have fired cluster munitions on the city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast - a child has been killed, 7 more civilians have been injured.

According to Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, around 19:00, the Russians opened fire at a local reservoir, where people went out to rest. The shelling was carried out with cluster munitions from a Smerch multiple-launch missile system.

“Among the wounded were four children: 5-, 11- and 12-year-old girls and an 11-year-old boy. One, seriously injured kid, could not be saved”, - added Kyrylenko.
