The constitutional appeal regarding the impeachment of the President was submitted to the Plenum of the Constitutional Court.

“The authors of the constitutional appeal [a total of 80 MPs] addressed the Constitutional Court on September 12. After passing the procedure of registration of constitutional submissions, on September 14, the submission was registered according to the procedure established by the legislation.

Accordingly, the case was handed over to the plenum of the Constitutional Court for consideration, which will consider it and submit its conclusion to the Parliament within one month.
