Passenger flow of Georgian airports exceeded the pre-pandemic level by 9% in January-September 2023, which is the first time since the resumption of air traffic.

According to the data of the Civil Aviation Agency, in the first 9 months of 2023, the airports of Georgia served 4,530,000 passengers [37% more than the similar figure of 2022].

In the first 9 months of 2023, Tbilisi International Airport served 2,765,000 passengers, and Kutaisi International Airport served 1 million 216,000 passengers [100% more than the data of 2022].

A total of 19,460 flights were performed in Georgian airports.
