A wide range of strategic partnership topics between Georgia and the US, and prospects for its further development were discussed in a meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and newly appointed Ambassador of the US.

Ilia Darchiashvili and Robin Dunnigan also discussed regional politics and security issues.

The Ambassador reaffirmed the unwavering support of the US Government to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia, as well as to the country’s foreign policy priorities.

The parties also confirmed their willingness to continue and further intensify the fruitful cooperation between the countries.
