If you want to curse the party while being in the party, it is better to leave and do something of your own - Mikheil Saakashvili

If you want to curse the party while being in the party, it is better to go out and do something of your own than to weaken the party from the inside. This is how Mikheil Saakashvili addressed the members of the United National Movement [UNM] during his speech at the trial.

“I am always in favor of unity in everything. I will reconcile with the enemy if he is on the side of Georgia’s interests, but I want to tell you - if you want to curse the party while being in the party, it is better to go out and do something of your own than to weaken the party from the inside. Then there will be a better chance to get together again and we will still have to do everything together. We don’t need to be shaken from within now.

Leave, create something new, may God bless you. In the end, these are still small streams that will merge into one river, although the UNM itself is a very powerful stream, and I remain in the UNM, but I am absolutely open to all other people, because today there is no alternative to unity.

There will definitely be a big change. Everyone should find their own way - why do we divide the skin of an unkilled bear, this bear is strong enough so far. Therefore, everyone should take care of this bear from different sides. In the end, we will win.

I am kind to all people, regardless of what flag they will wave.

Georgia has incredible prospects. Today we are in a bad camp - politically we find ourselves in the camp where there is “Hamas”, Russia, etc. But Europe will take us to Europe by force. Ukraine will take us to Europe by force, I am sure of it. Everything became clear, black and white became clear, evil and good became clear, and it was never so clear.

I, like never before, am capable of fighting and I am ready to take the political responsibility with you of helping the country to escape troubles”, - said the former president of Georgia.
