Members of the United National Movement’s [UNM] Kutaisi organization accuse their former teammates of political fraud.

As the deputies states the teammates of Nika Melia have not left the UNM faction until now. Moreover, they are expelling the party’s acting deputies from the faction.

Giga Shushania, opposition MP, said that members of Melia’s team cannot change the name of the faction, for which they need to expel the members of the faction.

According to Shushania, the former teammates are breaking the law and until now they are receiving salaries from the faction of the party they are no longer members of.

Although they [former teammates] have been out of the party for several weeks, they are still receiving salaries from the faction. We call on those who left the party to leave their mandates!”, - added Giga Shusania.
