A husband killed his 27-year-old wife in Varketili district of Tbilisi.

The stabbed young woman was taken to the clinic, but the medics could not save her.

According to the existing information, after the incident, the man injured himself and was also taken to the hospital.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs launched an investigation under Article 19/109 of the Criminal Code [attempted murder of a family member].
