The Prime Minister of Georgia takes part in various panel discussions within the framework of his visit to Davos, this is a very good opportunity for our country to appear in the scope of our partners, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
“The panel discussion in which the Prime Minister will participate will mainly focus on the regional topic of how to connect Europe and Asia.
You know that Georgia is in the most important geographical area. It has always been one of our main priorities to connect Europe and Asia, to be a country that is a very strong bridge of this union, and this is one of the main issues for Georgia as a country with the status of a candidate for the European Union to be efficient and effective in order to develop these connections.
We have repeatedly talked about the importance of the middle corridor, the development of the middle corridor. This is also one of the main priorities that we will spare no effort in the future to make Georgia a very reliable partner, as before, for our European partners, and on the other hand, to be a bridge and connection between the two continents”, - said Ilia Darchiashvili.
