I don’t expect radical changes in the program, but there will definitely be aspects that will be characteristic to Irakli Kobakhidze. Such a statement made today the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee, Mikheil Sarjveladze.
“Irakli was involved in discussions of many directions. He had a free vision and therefore it will be definitely reflected. The strategic vision of the core will remain unchanged. We can discuss priorities, think about giving priority to tactical visions, etc”, - said the MP.
As Sarjveladze added, in the process of reviewing the composition of the renewed government and the government program, he expects everything from the opposition except meaningful discussion.
“To be honest, I don"t have high expectations that the opposition will be constructive in relation to this process, but I really want to be wrong and the opposition to be constructive and focused on specific issues. However, if we objectively assess the reality, we have no reason to expect this. We expect speculative interpretations, irrelevant and unsubstantiated accusations, etc. as it has been until now. We are waiting for everything, except meaningful discussion”, - concluded Sarjveladze.
