The Government of Georgia invites OSCE/ODIHR representatives to observe the 2024 parliamentary elections.

“On February 12, the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a letter to Matteo Mecacci, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), inviting election observers for the 2024 parliamentary elections.

The Government of Georgia wants to ensure transparent, fair and free elections in line with international standards and the best European practice.

Georgia is ready to contribute efficiently to the election observers’ performance”, - reads the statement of the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
