At the plenary session of the Parliament, there was a verbal confrontation between the members of the parliamentary majority and the opposition MPs.
The opposition also protested the decision of the Georgian Dream to re-initiate the “Transparency of Foreign Influence” bill in the legislature.
MPs Khatia Dekanoidze and Aleko Elisashvili, during their speech at the session, said that this is a “Russian law”. The leader of the majority, Mamuka Mdinaradze, asked them to explain, why the said law was called “Russian”. The argument turned into a verbal confrontation.
