The ruling party is the only uncontested force in Georgia, which is the guarantor of peace, prosperity and the European future. Such a statement the Chairman of the Georgian Dream made at an event launching the election campaign of the ruling party,

Irakli Garibashvili accused the United National Movement of destroying the country before 2012. He warned against allowing the UNM, which he referred to as the “War and Chaos Party”, to return to power, emphasising the importance of preserving peace and national interests.

“As in 2012, in the elections of October 2024, for our public, for our citizens, the choice is easy, because today the choice is between war and peace, the party of war and the party of peace, a development-oriented political force that pursues national interests, and an evil one that pursues the interests of foreign countries and brings war and chaos.
