President of Georgia pardons 17 convicts

The President of Georgia pardoned today 17 convicted persons.

According to the Presidential administration, 13 convicts have been fully released from serving their sentences in the penitentiary institution, including 2 women.

The remaining term of the sentence to be served in the penitentiary institution was reduced for 4 convicts, including 1 female convict.
