The review of lawsuits related to the suspension and cancellation of the law “On Transparency of Foreign Influence” was resumed in the Constitutional Court [CC] of Georgia.
The CC will hear today the Ministry of Justice [MoJ]. As Judge Merab Turava said, the court has questions to the MoJ regarding personal information, statistics, monitoring and all the issues that pertain to the MoJ based on the law.
A linguist was invited to the meeting of the Chamber of Commerce at the request of the claimant party - non-governmental organizations, who will speak about the terminology used in the Law on Transparency.
