Earthquakes continue to shake the Aegean Sea. A strong earthquake struck at 22:05 local time. The magnitude of the quake was 5.1.

According to the Turkish Emergency and Disaster Management Agency, the epicenter was located 7 km underground. Earthquakes have been ongoing in the Aegean Sea for more than 2 weeks.

Due to the earthquakes, a large part of the population has already left the island of Santorini in Greece.
