Forced enforcement proceedings are underway against "Lelo Georgia" based on an enforcement order issued by the court, reads the statement, issued by the National Bureau of Enforcement [NBE]. “Due to high public interest, we clarify that forced enforcement proceedings are underway against Lelo Georgia based on an enforcement order issued by the court. The obligation to be enforced consists of state fees and administrative fines. It should be noted that the seizure applies only to the amount specified in the enforcement order, not to the entire funds in the accounts, and this amount does not exceed GEL 1,500. The NBE operates under Georgia`s Law on Enforcement Proceedings, and all actions by enforcement officers are driven by upholding the principle of justice and conducting effective enforcement proceedings", - reads the statement.
