"On this site, an 11-storey building meeting modern standards will be constructed, following which part of the residents of 12 Eldari Street will be provided with renovated apartments.
The City Hall will provide temporary rental accommodation for these residents. Once the new building is completed at 40a Shuamta Street, apartments will be transferred to the residents of 12 Eldari Street (the former building of School No. 109). This concerns 55 residential apartments.
Another tender for construction works has also been completed in Varketili Third Massive, 10th Block, Bldg. 9, for the replacement of a hazardous building.
At this address, there was a four-storey residential building that was in severely deteriorated condition. It will be demolished, and in its place a ten-storey building meeting modern standards will be constructed. As a result, 44 families will be provided with fully renovated apartments.
