Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan will take part in the panel discussion - The Middle Corridor: From Reliable to Impactful.

Nabiyev started his career at the Information Resources and Technology Center and the Foreign Relations Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He later moved to the role of head of the Finance, Accounting and Economic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies.

October 11, 2021 he was appointed as the Minister of Digital Development and Transportation.

The 5th Tbilisi Silk Road Forum, to be held on October 22–23, 2025 in Tbilisi, will convene a dynamic assembly of global leaders under the visionary theme “Invest in Connectivity – Grow in Stability”.
