Trial of Levan Khabeishvili, Chairman of the Political Council of the United National Movement, took place at the Tbilisi City Court.
During the session, the court considered whether to alter Khabeishvili’s preventive measure. Ultimately, the judge decided that he would remain in detention.
The politician is being investigated under two articles of the Criminal Code: promising a bribe to an official to commit an illegal act and publicly calling for the overthrow of the state government.
