A video material was spread on the various social media pages, showing a person riding a hydrocycle on the “Ureki” Coast, posing a threat to the citizens in the sea.
Officers of the Coast Guard Department of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, immediately, documented the fact of the violation.
The citizen was asked to present an identity document, but he did not comply with the lawful request of the Officers and verbally abused the Law Enforcement Officers.
The employees of the Operational-investigative Department of the Border Police, initiated administrative proceedings against the above mentioned person, under the Articles: 166 and 173 of the Administrative Offenses Code of Georgia and detained him under the administrative procedure. He was fined for the violation committed by him in accordance with Article 1142, of the Administrative Offenses Code.
