Court to hear case against former executive director of Municipal Development Fund today

The court will hear today the case against former executive director of Municipal Development Fund today. David Tabidze is accused of abuse of office. He was officially charged yesterday, October 28.

According to the investigation, Tabidze’s case is related to the fraudulent appropriation of more than GEL 9 million of funds allocated for the rehabilitation of 30 kindergartens.

As the Prosecutor’s Office said, executives of LLC “Lagi Capital”, who were detained a few days ago, were also involved in the same corruption scheme.
