Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia met H.E. Zhou Qian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Georgia.

During the meeting, it was noted that the elevation of China-Georgia relations to the level of a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership will create qualitatively new opportunities for bilateral cooperation, including the further strengthening of political ties, as well as trade, economic and transit cooperation.

The discussion focused on the tangible results achieved since the establishment of the Strategic Partnership, as well as the prospects for future cooperation.

The Prime Minister of Georgia highlighted the personal contribution of the diplomat to the deepening of Georgian-Chinese relations and expressed his gratitude.

The meeting was attended by Levan Zhorzholiani, Head of Government Administration.
