The railway officials make no comments about the strike

The organizers of the strike are still waiting for the reaction of railway officials. Engineers, Drivers and technical staff aren"t going to stop the strike. the main demands are 13th salary and compensation for overtime work. One of the strikers- Giorgi Babunashvili says that the administration promised to solve problems last year but didn"t act.

The members of the Trade Union say that railway system has serious problems. They state that all the main stations in Georgia stopped the work because of the strike.
