The Family members and the lawyer of Emzar Kvitsiani demand the government to return the deprived property. They say that the prime Minister returned the property to them but the decision has no legal force.

Irakli Batiashvili also made an announcement on the arrest of Emzar Kvitsiani. He underlined that independent court wouldn"t sentence Mr. Kvitsiani to 12 years of imprisonment.
