The Georgian minister of the Ukrainian Government has already received first orders from the Prime Minister.

Alexander Kvitashvili will have to conduct rather painful, but necessary health reforms in the shortest possible time. Kvitashvili has already met with the officials at the Ministry. Reorganization and the new staff together with regulation of electronic tenders will be the priority.

According to Alexander Kvitashvili a group of Georgians is working on the Ukrainian tender system.

"Tenders are the most serious problem that damages the reputation and, most importantly, harms the people who are waiting for the availability of specific drugs since October because of the faulty system." – he said.

"Therefore, a group of Georgians is working on the tender system for the same principal purchases as in Georgia," – said Kvitashvili.

Besides Kvitashvili there are two more foreigners in the Ukrainian Government, who also renounced their citizenships and become citizens of Ukraine. The Economy Minister is Latvian and the Finance Minister had been living in the USA for years.
